​We are so glad you found us! Come join Russian River Hoop and Flow (RRHF) every Wednesday from 6-8pm in the Plaza in downtown Guerneville, CA. Everyone is welcome to participate or watch as we hoop and move while streaming DJ WT3's weekly show from River Theater Radio. Hoops are provided, but if you have your own, feel free to bring it!
No experience necessary, this is merely a magical opportunity to move your body and
​meet new people from all walks of life. All ages welcome. ​Serious fun for the whole family!
